Jessica10 June 2026I just had my first service with Scoop Masters Austin, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! They did an excellent job cleaning the yard, and I also added the yard deodorizer service, which left everything smelling fresh and clean. The team was prompt, efficient, and thorough. They made sure everything was picked up, and nothing was missed. I appreciated receiving a text notification when they were on their way, as well as a photo of the closed gate after the service was completed for added peace of mind. My pup was also thrilled with the treat they left behind! When I initially set up service, I spoke directly with the owner, who was friendly, professional, and happy to answer all of my questions. The online customer portal is another great feature, making it simple to manage appointments, change contact info or addresses, and keep track of everything. Overall, a fantastic experience from start to finish. I highly recommend Scoop Masters Austin!

Recently, my wife broke her hip and needed a hip replacement. As I am somewhat disabled, I am unable to do what I have done before and take care of business in our backyard with our two dogs. Tim and his team are reliable and most reasonable. I have used their service now for two weeks and have not had any issues. I had to pause service for a while after my husband’s stroke, but since getting our dog Ruby back, I started up with them again—and they’re just as wonderful as I remembered. They are reliable, do a great job every time, and even leave treats for Ruby, which is such a thoughtful touch. Their pricing is also very reasonable, which makes the service an easy decision for us. I decided to call instead of navigating the website and I had the opportunity to speak with Tim - an exceptionally friendly and attentive business owner. I was able to schedule an appointment right away. Bishoy (the technician) did an excellent, thorough job and he was incredibly kind. The whole experience was top notch from beginning to end. He was super fast and personable and I really appreciated how he asked me to check his work to make sure that I was completely 100% satisfied and I was! He did a fabulous job! ScoopMasters offers clean up service weekly, bi-weekly, whatever your dog’s schedule requires. In the summer months they even offer yard freshener service to help control the smell. Definitely worth the investment which is very affordable. They come once a week and send me a text before they start and after they finish. I used to get grass delivered, but my pets would not use it and just go all over the concrete anyway. I simply googled dog poop cleaning and BOOM! Scoop masters to the rescue thanks to Tim! He is very fast with communication and was who originally helped get me set up for their services. I don't think I will ever go without. Bishoi is the best. He is fast and always does a good job. He also comes equipped with dog treats which obviously earns extra brownie points with the fur babies! He's determined to get my skittish husky to be his friend and does everything to make him feel safe when he comes.
