These are our base rates and may vary depending on property size, gated communities, and other factors such as rocks, bark, weeds, dirt, or unmaintained yards. Additional charges may apply for dogs with digestive issues, such as diarrhea or loose stools.

Additional Pet Waste Removal Service Rates
A one time, first visit surcharge may apply if property has not been cleaned recently!
Additionally, a drive time surcharge may be added for properties located in gated communities, unless there are more than one client in the community.
Disinfecting and Hosing off: We provide disinfecting small areas/dog runs as long as there is an operable hose and water spigot readily available, for $6.00 per visit. However, if we have to use our own hose we will charge and additional $5.00 per visit.
Bi-Weekly service available:
One time clean up fees: = $69.75 for the first 45 minutes. (minimum) then charged $15 for every 15 minutes thereafter.
Temporary (Vacation) Cleaning: Call for pricing.
Pet Waste Station Maintenance: 1 station $15.00 per visit, 2-4 $9.50 each per visit – 5+ stations, call for pricing. Replacement poop bags included!
High Strength Odor Control: Wysiwash sanitizing system application up to 500 Square feet $20.00 each application. That covers a large patio or side of house dog run.
